The Scottsdale, Arizona Residence
The Weiskopf Residence, named in honor of Tom Weiskopf, winner of 15 tour titles and five foreign championships, and who designed nearby Troon North Golf Club, lies in a gated, private community. With over 3000 square feet of living space, you’ll find four master bedroom suites, a large gourmet kitchen, an office with a computer, printer and high-speed Internet access, a patio with built-in barbeque and wood-burning Chiminea fireplace and a private pool and hot tub.
The clubhouse includes a member’s lounge with bar, spa and fitness center. A private chef can prepare breakfast for you and your guests, as well as catered lunches and dinner upon request. The Clubhouse also includes a private cigar terrace, billiards room and wine storage. As a member of The Markers, you have preferred access at the 36-hole Troon North Golf Club, as well as other award-winning golf courses nearby, including the North and South Courses at the Talking Stick Golf Club, the three nine-hole Canyon, Desert and Oasis Courses at the Phoenician, the courses at the Kierland Golf Club, the course at the Estrella Mountain Ranch Golf Club, the Devil’s Claw and the Cattail courses at the Whirlwind Golf Club and the 27-hole course at the Ocotillo Golf Club. The Weiskopf is also conveniently close to Scottsdale, a veritable shopping haven. Whether you’re golfing, shopping, or pampering yourself at the spa, your Weiskopf concierge will be happy to make all the arrangements.
The Experience
The Sonoran landscape proves a singular experience with its soaring pre-Cambrian granite rock formations, swaying date palms, dazzling red ocotillo, and views of Pinnacle Peak and the Superstition Mountains from any vantage point.

Like a rare bottle of Chateau d’Yquem, The Markers’ desert golf experience is one to be savored and remembered, no matter what the score or handicap. The score can always improve, but the Sonoran landscape cannot.
