“The residence is second-to-none, and the location couldn’t have been any better. It was great to be far and away from the bustle of the Strip, and wherever we found ourselves during the day, it was always a pleasure to know that we’d enjoy getting ‘home’ as much as anything.”

The Residence
The Markers residence in Lake Las Vegas is named in honor of “Bantam Ben,” one of the greatest golfers of all time. Nobody has come close to Hogan’s remarkable achievement of winning 9 of the 16 majors he competed in from the 1946 PGA through the 1953 British Open. There also was the Hogan mystique. The visor of his white cap was always pulled low over his face. He visited Las Vegas many times and was friends with the famed Hollywood Rat Pack.

The Hogan Residence is as unique to The Markers portfolio as Las Vegas is to the American West. This four-bedroom penthouse is part of a gated sanctuary situated in Lake Las Vegas that celebrates traditional Tuscan architecture and the unique flair of the Las Vegas lifestyle. The veranda overlooks the third hole of the world-renowned Jack Nicklaus Signature Reflection Bay Golf Club, and is equipped with a professional misting system to keep you and your guests cool on warm summer evenings.

Spectacular golf course views are just the beginning, as this beautifully renovated and decorated four bedroom, four bath home has the amenities Markers members are accustomed to, including an elevator that opens into the living area, 61” DLP HDTV TV in the living room, gourmet kitchen, wireless Internet and of course the acclaimed Markers signature beds.

The Experience
Reflection Bay Golf Club is the first public resort golf course in Nevada personally designed by Jack Nicklaus, and the host course to the nationally televised Wendy’s Three-Tour Challenge. The 7,261-yard, par-72 award-winning course makes its way through the desert while providing breathtaking views of Lake Las Vegas. Reflection Bay highlights include the picturesque 199-yard, par-3 eighth hole and beaches, bunkers and palms that create a dynamic shoreline and backdrop.

Additionally, Reflection Bay is home to The Golf Institute at Lake Las Vegas Resort that offers residents and guests a variety of game improvement golf school options as well as private instruction. Gary Knapp, the Director of Instruction, is a friend to The Markers and can customize instruction to meet your specific needs.

Golf at Lake Las Vegas also includes The Falls Golf Club, a 7,250-yard, par-72 masterpiece designed by Tom Weiskopf. The Falls challenges golfers with terrain that varies from the mountainous landscape to the desert floor, creating elevation changes ranging from subtle on the front nine to dramatic on the back nine. And coming in the winter of 2007 is the new Rainbow Canyon Golf Club, a Fazio designed course that is sure to round out a great golf experience at Lake Las Vegas.
