Evening entertainment abounds in Charleston. The Dock Street Theatre is considered Charleston’s crown jewel of Atlantic Sunsetcultural life, playing host to the Charleston Stage Company as well as a variety of events year-round. Other theatre experiences include the Charleston Ballet Theatre and Footlight Players, South Carolina's oldest operation theatre company.
