The Residence
This brand new rustic mountain home is a perfect starting point to start off your getaway in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. The residence offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is two minutes from the Deer Valley Jordanelle Express Gondola. The Master features a king-size bed, master bath, 32 inch plasma TV and stunning mountain views. The 2nd master has a king-size bed, private deck, master bath and 32 inch plasma TV. The 3rd bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath and a 32 inch plasma TV. The 4th bedroom has two bunk beds and a private bath with bathtub. The residence has three floors; Viking appliances in the kitchen, 42 inch plasma TV in the living room, iPod wireless docking station. The downstairs includes a bar, pool table and 42 inch Plasma TV with surround sound and a private hot tub outside.
The Experience
Located just thirty miles east of downtown Salt Lake City, Park City is a year-round vacationer’s dream. Established in the late 1860s as the first mining camp in Utah, Park City boomed with silver fever. During hot summer months, consider teeing off on one of Park City’s wide selection of championship mountain golf courses, or one of five mountain resort courses in nearby Midway, Utah. Dry, cool summer breezes roll gently off the mountains and onto the fairways of Park City’s championship holes. Even if your short game is off that day, at 6,000 feet your long game will reach new heights. Combine that with the beautiful scenery and you won’t want to come off the course.
