A Membership to Meet Your Needs
The Markers makes it possible for you to enjoy the benefits of membership for yourself, your family, a group of friends, or business associates by offering three flexible membership options: Individual, Partner and Corporate. To maintain the exclusivity of the club, membership will cap at a 9-to-1 ratio of members to homes. Each member enjoys up to 56 days per year, 21 of which can be advance reservations. Additionally, our nimble reservation system allows for spur-of-the-moment getaways to be a real option.
 INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
The Individual Membership is designed for individuals and their families. With this membership, the primary member and/or spouse must be present while a Club property is in use. For greater flexibility, an Individual Member may designate an additional direct family member to use Club properties without the presence of the Primary Member for a nominal fee.
LINKS MEMBERSHIP
The Links Membership is designed for individuals and their families who may not travel as much but would still like full membership privileges. Approved Links Members enjoy up to 28 days a year, 11 of which can be advance reservations. With this membership, the primary member and/or spouse must be present while a Club property is in use. For greater flexibility, an Individual Member may designate an additional direct family member to use Club properties without the presence of the Primary Member for a nominal fee.
PARTNER MEMBERSHIP
The Partner Membership allows up to four friends and/or business partners to collectively share membership privileges. A Partner Member and/or their spouse must be present during use of a Club Property. Partner Memberships are offered on a limited basis.
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Corporate Memberships are ideal for business entities of any size and allow a member to designate use privileges to third parties such as clients, suppliers and employees. Corporate Memberships are offered on a limited basis.
HYBRID MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE
In creating The Markers, we examined the two most popular types of club structures and combined the inherent strengths of each as the platform for a unique and innovative type of membership. Just as the hybrid golf club has revolutionized the game for the avid golfer, The Markers’ hybrid club membership mitigates the financial risks associated with non-equity memberships without emburdening members with the obligations and responsibilities typical of equity clubs.

Your Deposit is Secure
While The Markers as a club is dedicated to providing our members with an unparalleled golf experience, The Markers as a business is predicated on a single core tenet: to preserve and maximize member value by conducting our business in accordance with the enduring principles of integrity, trust and fiscal responsibility.
Your one-time membership fees are secured by the value of the homes in The Markers portfolio and are refundable any time at your request, subject to club documents. In every sense of the word, this secured membership model on which The Markers is built truly represents an evolutionary leap forward in the concept of residence clubs.
Financial Openness
We also understand that, in addition to being passionate golfers, our members are among the most financially savvy and responsible individuals in the world. As such, The Markers has from its inception embraced a policy of complete financial transparency and openness. One-time membership fees and reasonable annual dues are apportioned and utilized to support club services and ongoing business operations according to the strictest guidelines. These activities are accounted for in detail in the audited Annual Report distributed to our members each year. As committed as we are to delivering unsurpassed golf experiences, we are doubly committed to establishing successful relationships with our members by taking every measure necessary to ensure that our vision as a club, and your vision as a member, are in perfect sync with one another.
Membership Deposit & Annual Dues
The one time Membership Deposit represents the purchase price of your membership. So once you’re in, your membership is not only a tangible asset, but can be resigned, transferred or willed as part of your estate plan (subject to club rules). The Club’s Annual Dues are used to cover everything associated with membership including, property taxes, insurance, maintenance, upgrades, HOA fees, concierge services, housekeeping, airport transportation, vehicle upkeep and gratuities.
