WHAT IS THE MARKERS?
The Markers is the first golf club of its kind in the world. Rather than offering its members an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse, Markers members enjoy equity membership in a portfolio of luxurious $2 million residences in some of golf's most legendary destinations.

WHAT IS THE PREVIEW MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITY?
The Preview Membership protects both you and The Markers in a unique and gracious way. It allows you and your family to experience all The Markers has to offer for one full year with no strings attached and no pushy membership salespeople bugging you, and it allows the Club to get to know you better as it decides who will be invited to be one of its like-minded, 325 Members.

HOW MUCH IS THE PREVIEW MEMBERSHIP?
The one-year Preview Membership fee is $18,500, for the individual/family membership. As a Preview Member, you will enjoy full membership privileges, including 21 planned nights (with no additional fees) in any of the 11 (and growing to 36) luxurious, multi-million dollar residences the Club owns and manages, and 35 additional space available nights*. You will receive free golf for two every time you are in residence at the designated home course during planned stays. You will also receive airport sedan/limo service with each planned stay and personalized concierge service at each residence.
*Space available nights incur a $250/night fee. No fee on planned nights.

IF I DESIRE TO JOIN AS A FULL MEMBER, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
First, you must be sponsored by a current member or Club co-founder to join The Markers. All Preview Members will have a chance to meet fellow members. Secondly, you can pursue full membership at any time during your Preview or trial membership time period. There are financial incentives if you convert your Preview Membership to full Membership status early in your discovery process (ask membership director for details).
