The Markers Eagle’s Nest residence is located high on a hillside overlooking the 18th green and the Clubhouse at  the par 71 Jerry Pate designed 6931 yard championship course of  Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club.

The residence lies in the new, private, gated community of Flagstaff Ranch which is comprised of many mountain/woods style homes.  Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club has a 25,000 square foot Clubhouse and a separate  Community Center with tennis courts, a hot tub, swimming pools  (regular and “kiddie pool”)  and a sand lot for children’s play.

An elevator takes you from the lower level garages (and wine cellar) up to the 2 other floors.

The 3rd floor of the residence has 3 bedrooms with king beds, balconies and private bath.  One of these 3 rooms is attached, through the bathroom, to a separate room with a double-bed sized Murphy bed.  This makes it a perfect set-up for a family with small children who are hesitant to be too distant from Mommy when in a strange home!  The Master bedroom has it’s own kitchenette set-up for morning coffee or evening wine on the adjacent patio. The 6 person hot tub is on the landing overlooking the living room with the same majestic views of the course and mountains.
