One caveat about private club membership is that you play the same course most of the time. Some folks just want more variety in their lives. They’ve got the resources and love the game, but they’ve also got a healthy case of wanderlust.
That’s just the type of discerning golfer The Markers is looking for. Up to 325 members will have access to 36 luxury homes in all different locations so that members can play golf year-round. Residences average 3,500 square feet and can accommodate a foursome and their spouses. All residences are fully stocked upon their arrival with red and white wines, and food and beverages of the members’ choice. How about a golf bag filled with the latest technology and equipment for members to try out? It’s part of the plan.
The Markers has completed building phase I which includes residences in Scottsdale, Cabo San Lucas, Pinehurst, Lake Las Vegas, Kiawah Island and St. George. Future phases include St. Andrews, Ireland, Monterey, Maui, … and others.
Members can stay up to 14 days in one location and receive a total of 56 days in the residences each year… The Markers will offer semiannual trips to golf destinations around the world and host an annual club championship at a different course every year.
