What is The Markers Club?

A Private Club. Only The Markers Club provides exclusive access to over 200 private clubs across the world. The Markers also hosts member events like an annual Markers Cup and other exciting events all year long. Since we’re not tied down to a single course, members will enjoy these events at some of the top PGA-worthy venues nationwide.

What can I expect in a Markers® residence?

Have you ever sacrificed precious vacation time on a rental property that didn’t measure up? Members of The Markers enjoy residences that meet a consistent standard of quality and luxury. Similar rentals would range from $10,000 to $15,000 per week (not including the time spent arranging rental cars, groceries, tee times, spa treatments, etc).

Our Club residences are situated in locations with unique adventurous opportunities sure to provide lasting memories for your family. From a “girl’s getaway” in Scottsdale for shopping, spa hopping and hiking, to bike rides on the beaches of Kiawah Island, SC., with the family, there are scores of activities for everyone. Some of the amenities include beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, spas, pools, tours, golf lessons, tennis, shopping and more. We also have tennis academies in Scottsdale, AZ, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and soon in Las Vegas, NV. Have a unique request? Allow your Markers concierge to arrange a special adventure of your own.

What if my planned vacation location is booked?

The Markers offers multiple units in the most desirable locations. Plans include the development of “Markers Only” communities in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; Troon North in Scottsdale, AZ; Flagstff, AZ; Jackson Hole, WY; Grand Lakes, OK; and Las Vegas, NV. By offering multiple units in the most requested vacation areas, The Markers solves another problem that plagues the industry. We are dedicated to having multiple locations in our members favorite destinations.

What is the difference between The Markers® Club and other similar clubs?

The major difference is The Markers is a NON-Deposit club. Typical Destination Clubs can require hundreds of thousand of dollars in deposit fees to join. What services are included in a Markers® membership?

The Markers Club offers full concierge services at no charge to our members; all you pay is the direct cost of the services requested. Services from transportation to arranging a golf outing and everything in between are at your fingertips. Just ask your personal concierge and they will make it happen.

Will I have access to resort-style amenities?

Yes! The Markers Club provides the best aspects of ultra-luxurious residences with all the amenities of a five star resort in some of the most desired locations throughout the world.

Who can use my Markers® Membership?

Immediate family members or in the case of a corporate membership the designee of the signing member.

What is the average size of the residences and where are they located?

Club residences average 3,000 square feet and include four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each is designed to comfortably accommodate a foursome and their spouses or one big family. In fact The Markers also provide complimentary locations subject to availability as a bonus to members. These locations will be available on our reservation system.

How do The Markers® reservations work?

Advance Reservations may be made up to one calendar year in advance. Advance Reservations at the same Club Property may not be made for the same dates in consecutive years.

Is The Markers® Club a good value?

You bet!
Due to our unique structure The Markers is like no other destination club.
Members get the finest accommodations in the world without a large deposit. Members can join the club for as little as $25,000.00 annually.

How are membership fees utilized?

To maintain the portfolio of homes, insurance coverage, utilities, furniture upgrades, golf course memberships and dues, concierge support, club operations, and member benefits. The dues are also structured to provide reasonable compensation to the management and a reasonable profit to the Club operator, The Markers Companies, LLC.

Can I finance my membership?

One of the main goals is to make your membership experience as stress free as possible. Members can pay quarterly, semi annual or annually. Be sure to ask about our annual payment incentive.

Are there any hidden fees?

With The Markers Club there are no hidden fees. We do our best to inform our guests of any fees they may incur so there are no “surprises”. Other than membership, the only fees you may incur are for any services you may request among the many amenities available to you (groceries, chef services, in-house massage, etc.). As always, with your Markers membership, our concierge services to arrange for these amenities are part of your membership.

How many days per year can I use the club?

Memberships are 30 days per year. Additional days may be purchased on a space available basis.

How many consecutive days can a member stay in residence?

Use of the Club Properties reserved by a Member through either Advance Reservations or Space Available Reservations may not result in greater than 14 consecutive days in a single Club Property.

What happens if I don’t use all my days?

Upon renewal of your membership, up to 7 days not used may be rolled over to the next calendar year and used on a space available basis.

What if I want more days?

Members can reserve nights on a space available basis at anytime for a nightly fee. Nightly fees vary based on the specific property and seasonality.
